History
1stResponse began in 2000 when Stephen Daniels, an experienced & successful businessman, realised that he couldn’t find what he needed most, which was a first class office support business, offering clients a truly professional PA telephone answering and a wide range of office back up services.

Our advanced bespoke software systems allow us to be very flexible, we are not a “one size fits all company”, and we always work with our clients to tailor our services to their needs, so we can deliver the best possible results.
Expert advice & confidentiality
We are happy to offer the benefit of our exceptional experience and expertise with constructive, independent advice on any aspect of your business that interacts with ours. However, we fully respect your confidentiality and all our staff sign legally binding nondisclosure agreements.
Operational hours
We operate normal business to business hours of 8:30am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday, except bank holidays, with customised voicemail boxes available for out of hours calls.
Even our terms are friendly
We do not believe in onerous long-term contracts. Businesses change fast, and we know that if we continue to perform well, you’ll want to remain as a client. So we offer rolling 1 month contracts, terminated by 1 month’s notice.
